Cancellation Policy
Finesse Factory Booking Policies 1. Payment Policy • Full payment is required at booking to confirm your appointment. • This secures your date and prevents last-minute cancellations. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations: 24-hour notice is required. Late cancellations forfeit full payment. No-shows are blocked from future bookings. • Rescheduling: Allowed once with 24-hour notice. Late reschedules forfeit payment. • Late Arrivals: 10+ minutes late will require rescheduling with payment forfeited. 3. Refund Policy • Refunds are only offered for service errors by The Finesse Factory. • Solutions include corrections, partial, or full refunds based on the issue. • No refunds for personal preference changes or factors beyond our control. 4. Travel Policy • Group Travel Only: Minimum of 2 people for travel appointments. • Fees: • Within RDU: $60 flat fee. • 0–30 miles outside RDU: $80. • 31–60 miles: $100. • 61+ miles: Fee based on distance. • Long-distance travel may include lodging and additional expenses. 5. Additional Fees & Deposits • Before/After-Hours Services: Additional fee applies. • Deposits: $50 non-refundable deposit required for select services or off-hour appointments. 6. Hygiene & Safety • All tools are sanitized between clients. • Disposable applicators used for mascara and lip products. • Clients must arrive with a clean face and disclose any allergies. 7. Client Etiquette • Respect the artist’s time and other clients. • Avoid excessive phone use during services. 8. Liability Waiver • The Finesse Factory is not liable for adverse reactions due to pre-existing conditions or undisclosed allergies. • Service may be refused for inappropriate behavior.
